Scrap outside the Box and it’s owners are not responsible, under any circumstances, for and damages or loss resulting from the use of any content, products sold, or distributed by Scrap Outside the Box.  If there is any legal issue arising from copyright misuse, Scrap Outside the Box and its owners shall be indemnified and held harmless of any expenses incurred, including attorney fees, to you or Scrap Outside the Box.

End User License Agreement:

By downloading any content from this website, you agree to these terms.  If you don't agree, don't download anything.  Simple.

You may only use material you download from Scrap Outside the Box for your own personal private use.  This means that you may not download any content from this website to use in items that you intend to sell, including layouts, t-shirts, stationery, graphic design, website design, or any other product or service in which you would receive monetary gain.  You may not use any content downloaded from Scrap Outside the Box in any paper products associated with a business, such as invoices, receipts, tickets, etc.  You may not distribute the content to others.  Content from Scrap Outside the Box shall never be transmitted via email, placed on another website or server for download, burned to a CD for sharing purposes, or placed on any other form of media under the intentions of sharing it..  Any such use is in violation of this agreement and is subject to prosecution.    When you download from our freebie page or store, you are granted one non-transferable license.  You may make 1 backup copy of any downloaded content for your own personal backup purposes.

All content published and for sale at Scrap Outside the Box is protected by U.S. copyright law, as well as other nations and other treaties.  You may alter the file name once on your hard drive, but you must leave the creator’s name intact for future crediting reference.  This is copyrighted material, and you must treat it as such. You may adjust hues, colors, sizes, etc of content downloaded from Scrap Outside the Box.  You may not alter it or use it in any vulgar or inappropriate manner. 

Scrap Outside the Box, it’s owners, and it’s designers shall not be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from Scrap Outside the Box material illegally distributed or misused in violation of this contract, including but not limited to any equipment damage, loss of revenue, lost savings, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if Scrap Outside the Box, the owners, or the designers have Been notified of the possibility of such damage or loss.  This shall also apply to any third party claims.

This is our license agreement, downloading any content from Scrap Outside the Box constitutes agreement.  Any violation thereof is prosecutable by Scrap Outside the Box, it's owners, the original designer, or any authorized representative of any the aforementioned.

Scrap Outside the Box promises to never sell or rent your private information with any third party.  We only ask for and collect such information necessary to facilitate gallery and forum logins and for our own demographics research purposes.  Please allow cookies at Scrap Outside the Box to allow you to use this site at full capacity.  Certain features at Scrap Outside the Box will only work with cookies enabled.  Please also disable pop-up blockers at Scrap Outside the Box.  Certain features, such as chat private messaging, use pop-ups to operate. 

You may browse the site without giving us any private information.  In order to post messages in the forum and gallery, and to chat, you will need to register with some personal information.  In order to purchase from the store, you will need to register with personal information and billing information.  We will never share this information with anyone outside Scrap Outside the Box, unless legally required in a special circumstance.
