As you may have noticed, our site has a new look! The colors are absolutely gorgeous, and we just love it. To go along with this wonderful new color palette, our designers have created the beautiful new SOTB Signature Collaboration Kit. Click on the preview below to go right to the kit!

Well, to go with our new site, we would love to have some new SOTB Fan blinkies! I just love dressing up when I am out and about, and I certainly want to wear a wonderful blinkie to show my SOTB pride. And if you are like me, you may like changing your blinkie frequently. lol.

So we had a fun thought...let's have a

This is going to be so much fun! And DJ started us off by making two blinkies for us. So come and play along...you never know, you just may win! ALL people can play...everyone is eligible. Sound like fun? Keep reading to play along.

Here are the rules and guidelines--please read them carefully:
1. Blinkie must be made using only the SOTB Collab Mega Kits (any of the ones available in the store, the new Sig Kit, Botanically You, or Cheerful Siblings)--you can use only one kit, or combine them. It is up to you. I showed the Sig Kit up above. Here are the other two collab kits you can use-click on them to go to the store.

2. The blinkie must have "SOTB" or "ScrapOutsideTheBox" somewhere in it. lol

3. There will be three blinkie sizes--you can make for any category, or all three:
150 x 50 (maximum size for DST)
250 x 50 (nice size for SOTB signature)
200 x 200 (square blinkie for blog sidebars)

4. You can enter as many times as you want. Your blinkies can be "blinking" or "static." Up to you.

5. Once your blinkie is created, please upload them into the SOTB Events--Generic Gallery. It is located here: http://www.scrapoutsidethebox.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=517.

There are PRIZES for this contest! Including:
A $10 GC to the owner's store!!!!
A "dedicated" template pack made to your specifications (for top three places)!

I had thought about it to, Jen, but it took alot of digging and I finally found one at Pages of the Heart written just for PSE and I am going to give it a try tomorrow and I'll see what I come up with. :confused: This could be interesting. LOL

For anyone not using PS or PSP, you can find a blinkie tut for PSE here: http://www.pagesoftheheart.net/artman/publish/article_840.shtml , it is written by Ronnie McCray and easy to understand. (If I can make it work anyone can. LOL)

Jen: If this isn't ok to post the link to the tut, let me know, I'll delete the link in it and will PM it to anyone wanting it.

Now, off to make one for SOTB, I experimented with Steph's and found out I could really do it myself. LOL
